These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Geneformation ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Geneformation website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Geneformation provides an automated research compilation service. We review and organize publicly available scientific literature and biomedical database information into a structured report format based on user-provided gene and variant queries. The report is delivered as:

• An interactive online dashboard viewable in your browser.
• A downloadable PDF file for personal record-keeping.

4. User Representations

5. Payment and Refunds

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales are final upon the generation of the report. Refunds are generally not provided for successfully generated reports due to the immediate delivery of digital goods. However, if a technical error results in an empty or corrupted report, please contact support for resolution or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

While we strive to use the most current and reputable public data sources, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided in our reports. Scientific understanding of genetics evolves rapidly; data retrieved today may be superseded by new findings tomorrow. Geneformation is a research compilation tool and does not independently verify the scientific validity of the source materials.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
